Before becoming a solicitor, I built a successful career in business, marketing and communications, working with organisations including ANZ, Vodafone, Suncorp (GIO) and IAG before establishing and selling my own businesses.
That experience taught me how people make decisions, how businesses operate and how to negotiate practical outcomes.
It also gave me a commercial perspective that I continue to bring to every legal matter.

Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1974, when he commenced practice in Stones Corner. Since then, Peter had become part of the fabric of Stones Corner, serving on the Chamber of Commerce for extended periods of time, and amassing a huge number of clients, from close by in the immediate community and around the State and the country.
Peter's focus was on having a personalised relationship with his clients; one where they know they can discuss anything of concern directly with him and knowing they will get honest and direct answers.
Peter had extensive experience across all of the areas listed on the Practice Areas page of this website, and more.
Peter has now moved into the next phase of his life - Retirement.. Before Retiring Peter ensured that all his knowledge was transferred to the next generation within the Practice.

Timothy is part of the next chapter of Gullickson Lawyers.
Currently studying law while working within the firm, he is gaining practical experience across a broad range of legal matters under the guidance of Director Sherri Gullickson and the Gullickson Lawyers team.
From his first day, Timothy has been immersed in the firm's philosophy that great lawyers do more than know the law—they take the time to understand people, explain complex issues clearly and earn their clients' trust.
As a family-owned practice, Gullickson Lawyers has never been about simply completing legal transactions. It has always been about building long-term relationships with the individuals, families and businesses we are privileged to represent.
Working alongside experienced practitioners allows Timothy to see firsthand the importance of preparation, integrity and genuine client care—values that cannot be learned from textbooks alone.
As he progresses through his legal studies, Timothy is developing practical skills across the firm's areas of practice while contributing to the high standard of service our clients expect.
